Refund policy
All purchases made on SyncDub AI are final and non-refundable. Once a credit/minute pack is purchased and added to your account, no refund, exchange, credit reversal, or chargeback accommodation will be provided, under any circumstances.
1. No refunds, no exceptions
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales of credits/minutes are final at the moment payment is successfully processed.
- Refunds will not be issued whether or not you have used any, all, or none of the purchased minutes.
- Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases, purchasing the wrong pack, or changing your mind.
- Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with translation quality, voice output, latency, or accuracy.
- Refunds will not be issued due to compatibility issues with a specific website, browser, extension conflict, or device.
- Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used minutes if you stop using the Service, uninstall the extension, or close your account.
This "no refund" policy applies regardless of the reason for the request, including technical issues on our end, unless such an issue is separately addressed under Section 3 below.
2. Why we don't offer refunds
Purchased minutes are added to your account balance and made available for use immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the product is a consumable digital credit that becomes usable instantly, we treat every purchase as complete and final at checkout, similar to purchasing prepaid credit, gift cards, or top-up balances.
3. Failed or duplicate charges
The only situation in which we will issue money back is a genuine payment-processing error that is not related to product usage or satisfaction — specifically:
- You were charged more than once for the same single purchase (duplicate transaction), or
- You were charged but no credits/minutes were ever added to your account due to a technical failure on our end, and our support team is unable to manually correct your balance.
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID and account email, and we will investigate. This is a billing-error correction, not a discretionary refund, and does not apply once credits have been correctly delivered to your account.
4. Subscription cancellations (if applicable)
If a pack you purchase is structured as a recurring subscription rather than a one-time top-up, cancelling your subscription stops future billing only. It does not retroactively refund any payment already made, and it does not refund unused minutes from the current or any prior billing period.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first is treated as a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate, permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance. Please contact us before disputing any charge — we are able to explain any transaction on your account.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to override any consumer protection right that cannot be lawfully waived under the mandatory law of your country or state of residence. Where such a non-waivable right exists, this policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
